Ajani Baruti is the President of ADB Consulting Services and serves as a Sr. Management Consultant to VERSA Integrated Solutions, Inc. He brings a proven track record of over 30 years successfully leading all phases of diverse technology projects and brings a broad knowledge of project management, quality assurance, application development methodologies, and business finance.
As a successful business strategist, Mr. Baruti has experience in planning and managing multimillion-dollar projects in both domestic and international environments, as well as the federal and commercial sectors servicing customers such as the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Department of Defense (DoD), United States Postal Service (USPS), Sabre, Inc., MCI WorldCom, and Egypt Post.
Prior to joining VERSA in 2012, Mr. Baruti served as the Sr. Vice President of Project Management and Delivery for AHCC, Inc. where he was responsible for leading the company’s strategic delivery and project management practices. He has a strong ability to align business goals with technology solutions to drive process improvements, competitive advantages, and bottom-line gains. He is an excellent communicator that can leverage interpersonal, technical, business, and financial acumen to communicate effectively on all levels of project stakeholders.
Mr. Baruti is a subject matter expert in various project management methodologies and is known for his ability to produce company-wide processes producing high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed timeline and budgetary targets.

Mrs. Davina Baruti serves as the Chief Executive Officer for ADB Consulting Services and is responsible for establishing the company’s business strategies, and ensuring sufficient financial, technical, informational, and material resources are available to successfully operate the business. She brings over 20 years of experience in developing and implementing business operations, establishing company policies, missions, and visions. She is an established leader, recognized for her intuitive business acumen. Leveraging her experience as a certified Life and Business Coach, Mrs. Baruti has the uncanny ability of staff development, team building and executive mentorship.
Terry Butler is the Sr. Director of Engineering and Infrastructure at ADB Consulting Services. Mr. Butler is charged with the development and implementation of corporate technology and engineering strategies that ensure technological differentiation for the company. He works closely with the President, Ajani Baruti, to deliver innovative solutions and services and guide the overall technology strategy.
Prior to joining ADB, Mr. Butler served as the IT Director and Information Security Officer for VERSA Integrated Solutions, Inc. where he oversaw the end-to-end IT operations and systems, as well as the quality, services, and information security management programs. Before joining the management team, he worked as a Sr. Engineer that supported numerous customers in the federal government sector such as the Food & Drug Administration (FDA), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the Department of Labor (DOL) on various implementation projects where his ability to lead, execute, and innovate was showcased.
Mr. Butler has over 20 years of technical experience in the areas of network engineering, application development, unified communications, cloud services, systems administrations, database design & management, and information security. He studied Computer Engineering at the University of Maryland, College Park and holds several Cisco professional certifications
Ricky A. Gallaway received a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Information Systems and Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, along with a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Southeastern University and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Strayer University.
Dr. Gallaway also earned a Bachelor of Applied Social Science from Binghamton University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and a trained member of The John Maxwell team as an independent certified coach, speaker, and trainer.
Dr. Gallaway is also a former adjunct professor at Stratford University and a former adult education instructor with Fairfax County Public Schools. He currently serves as an adjunct professor at Fairfax University of America School of Business.
Dr. Gallaway is also the published author of the book, Navigating the Entrepreneurial Journey and has written multiple articles for various magazines, including Training Magazine Middle East and Arabian Business magazine.
A recognized leader known for crafting the requisite strategic vision to achieve business goals; Karim Abdullah offers a diverse yet robust set of skills whose ultimate goal is to help organizations bridge the gap between their “as is” and “desired” states. These skills consist of IT Service Management, Data Analysis, Technical Writing and identifying Opportunities for Improvement (OFI’s).
With over 12 years working for Verizon Communications, Karim has honed his expertise in data analysis by being responsible for reporting services for a 155 million telephone listing database. He believes that data is nothing more than information but strives to turn that information into a knowledge network to be used by mass audiences. Throughout his professional career his detailed reports have been used by upper management to make critical decisions that have been reflected across organizations that stretch the globe.
Karim has a reputation for judicious use of resources while keeping quality in mind at all times. As a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, he focuses on streamlining operations in a strategic manner but at the same time knows how to use tact to deal with variance as it materializes while pursuing stated goals.
Karim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from South Carolina State University in Orangeburg, SC. Additionally he possesses a Masters of Business Administration degree from Rosemont College. He continues to compliment his strong business acumen with other training and certifications that have proven to be a vibrant display of life-long learning.
Chet Patel is a tenured individual in the information technology space. His expertise lay within Microsoft core products, such as, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Skype for Business and Teams, having worked with those products since inception.
He also has 12 years of experience with Cisco Email Security Appliances, known as IronPort. Leveraging all the security features they have that keeps out 90% threats per day. Mr. Patel also has the passion to be on the networking side of things, more so on the wireless side.
